pinterest made us do it.

October 27, 2015

y’all. it’s true. we’ve lost her. she’s always been on the edge. on the very edge of questionably sane and clearly not so sane. and just when we thought we had her under control. just when we thought we had her focused.

pinterest happened.

that’s right. pinterest. a virtual bulletin board of creativity that is LITERALLY infinite. LITERALLY. and literally open 24/7. which translates to amie pulling all-nighters pinning. (as if we didn’t already have issues turning our squirrel brains off at night) nowwwww we have even more things to keep us awake. and take it from me, once you start pinning…it’s all downhill from there. “just a few minutes” turns into 2am. and just like that, you’re an addict. “just one more man, it’s all i need. it’s all i need.” it’s a slippery slope, y’all. a. slippery. slippery. slope.

literally.

in amie’s world, on the 8th day, God created pinterest. and life was never the same.

it’s an enabler for creative souls. as the self-proclaimed bulletin board junkies that we are, pinterest is a gateway drug to more inspiration than you could ever imagine. from crafts to food to design to travel…the inspiration is endless. rejoice people. rejoice and be glad in it.

if you ever wondered what amie’s thoughts are like…i really think it’s something like pinterest. a cornucopia of ideas all twisted together into a chaotic cyber tornado. it’s all over the place. sometimes organized. sometimes messy. always beautiful. and just when you think the thoughts are focused, they get distracted and run off into a whole ‘nother realm. seriously. it’s like herding cats.

but for reals, y’all. pinterest is one of our favorite places for beautiful inspiration.

so if you’re living in your own little pinterest galaxy…be sure to hop over to our page while you’re there. and say hi to amie. we haven’t seen her in awhile…she’s pinteresting and she can’t get up.
